I wear a nightguard every night to bed because I'm a clencher. Sexy or not, it makes a difference in the morning! If you wake up with a sore jaw or something, I definitely recommend it. I have a "fancy" nightguard from the dentist and my dad swears by his $4.99 one from the drugstore.
